Dumping content of spoolfile

Does anyone know how I can dump the content of a spoolfile?

Not a CPYSPLF and examine it. Not a spooled Dump file.

A good old fashioned dump which will include all the bits and bytes to enable comparison of the most detailed attributes of two spoolfiles. Actually, the problem's not in the file, but being able to get a dump of a system object is just *such* an interesting topic.
