 Dual boot Windows XP Pro SP2 + Windows XP Pro SP3
I have xp pro sp2 on one partion would like to try a slipstreamed xp3 on another

You can dual boot this without any problems. I dual boot XP with different IE versions for testing purposes. Edit the boot.ini so you can name each instance, like this: multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)WINDOWS="XP SP2" /noexecute=optin /fastdetect multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)WINDOWS="XP SP3" /noexecute=optin /fastdetect Then when you boot you can select the desired instance easier. I also rename my computer to the instance name so I can easily identify which one is active.
