Dreamweaver head tags

I am trying to add google doubleclick ad code to the very top of my DW pages where I want to place an ad unit. But I use SSI files for the headers, and in this file's code there is no place to put the new advertising code that will go above the /body tag. How do I get to where I can put this code in to show on all inside page, in Dreamweaver? Is it in the templates.dwt files?

...there is no place to put the new advertising code that will go above the /body tag.   I don't know how that could be. Please show the code that exists above your /body tag so we can see how there is "no place" there.   Tom
