Depends on a lot of variables, can you provide more detail?

Welcome to IT Knowledge Exchange, jeb1331. What kind of camera do you have? Did it come with a USB cord and/or software to install on your computer?

You should be able to use this to upload the photos from the camera - and if you have enough USB inputs, you can plug the flash drive in at the same time and transfer the photos directly to that drive.

There are some variables that aren't mentioned.  Is this from a camera that you have or are they located on a PC, or are they on a smartphone?  With my camera and my installed software for the camera, it asks when it see's that camera attached to it, where do I want to download the pictures to.  In this case, you can define a attached flash drive as the location to download to.  Otherwise if the photos are coming as an attachment in an email, they are going to go to a predefined location on your PC, usually the My Documents / pictures folder, or the pictures library folder.  From this point you can cut and paste the pictures or copy the pictures to your flash drive.
