Once you drag/drop it to Windows, it&#039;s all converted to ASCII. Parts of a printer data stream such as control characters wouldn&#039;t make much sense since there&#039;s no way to know what printer codes to convert to.

If you want to print it, create a printer session and just route the spooled file to it.
