Hi, I have a workflow application that sends a notification to a group mailbox. The group mailbox name is added to the ExpandedParticipantAuthorsOS allowing only users who are logged into Notes with this group ID to claim and edit the document. How can I add other users to the ExpandedParticipantAuthorsOS field hence allowing them to claim and edit the document. Thanks, Ian

Instead of modifying the author field you already have, I'd add a second editable Authors field. Call it AdditionalAuthors or something similar. If the new users are a standard group, have them set as the default value. If the new users who need to claim the document vary based on the doc contents, your current group of people can simply add them to the new Authors field as needed.
