Just set up a connection document on the inbound SMTP server to send the DFRs to your outbound SMTP server.

If you make it so that your mail server re-routes all mail that is not delivered this is then an open relay and you risk being black listed. I also do not understand what kind of validation you would use for Invalid Emails

Get all mails and forward unknown mail to the smarthost server but maybe it’s to easy.
