If you have access to the Domino Server console just type in "show server" and it will tell you in the first line of the response. This information is also made available to the Domino Administrator client. There should also be some basic information on this in the Basics tab of the Server document in the Domino Directory. Look for "Server build number:" and "Operating system:" on the right side of the form.
