Domino server running on a VMWare guest that runs Windows 2003 Server
We have a Domino server running on a VMWare guest that runs Windows 2003 Server. Almost daily, we experience a period of a few minutes (usually around the same time, ~9:30 AM) in which the HTTP service becomes unresponsive. No pages can be loaded at the time. Sometimes, we also find it difficult to remote into the OS to check the console, however, this is not always the case. We have found no errors in the Windows Event logs or Domino logs that would indicate an issue. IBM support has worked with us and we have enabled several debugging parameters, but nothing was ever found (though we do get a lot of SEMDEBUG logs, but nothing consistent). Has anyone experienced this or does anyone have any ideas why this might be happening? It's driving us nuts! Thanks.

Software/Hardware used:
VMware, Domino, Windows Server 2003

Is there another server on the main VMWare system that might be using up the system resource????

We’ve run into something similar, but it’s always when we’re removing a vm snapshot.
