You going to have to turn up the logging by going into the Notes.ini and changing the setting to get more logging. I think the default on the setting is 2. 1 in only errors and 5 is full on Debug. Next you going to need to google the NSD Lotus Trouble shooting. This will give you all the details to trouble shoot the problem.
MEMORY is important to Domino, not CPU. I have a DOMINO Server with a Dual Pentium III 1Ghz and it’s a screamer, not because the PIII was such a super hot chip but because I have over 4GB of RAM. You need to feed the beast and the beast needs RAM. If you have less than 2 GB in that server. Beef it up. Your probably starving DOMINO.
