Hi

I have question domino organization units

After I successful create new OU from my domino server, I have create a test email under this OU. ex test/OSS/servername

However, I am unable to open email of above test a/c.  The error message is 'You are not authorize to the database.

Do we need to activate new OU because it can be use?

Hi there Chinkc,,, This is an easy case ... you have to add this test user test/OSS/servername to the ACL of the database to be able to access it . - On the IBM Domino Administration - Right Click the database - Click Access Control - Click Manage . - Add this newly created user test/OSS/servername - On the Right Hand Side ( Attributes ) - On the user type select ( Person ) - On the access select ( Editor ) And you must be able to use it .
