I have passed values in url but i don’t know how to get value using query string in form.

I follow the below method to get value of querystring in lotusscrit agent.
Dim session As New NotesSession
Dim doc As NotesDocument
Set doc = session.DocumentContext
Print doc.QUERY_STRING(0)

Can you pls suggest me to get it in form.
