 Domino 7.0.1 Full Access Administration
New user with Domino/Notes 7.0.1 installation. When I run the administration program and select to add a program Configuration -> Server -> Programs -> Add Program, I am told I am not authorized to add programs to the database. I have administrator access to most of everything there is to select. I placed myself as a member of the local domain admins group so I would have full access administration. As a result, I had to log on the system with the administrator account created when I installed Domino. What and/or where do I make a change to alleviate this?

Does your Domain Admin group and or you specifically have the NetCreator role in the domino directory ACL? This role is a requirement for creating these types of documents.

I didn’t consider this and when performing the install, of course am still learning how Domino works and how to configure it. Found where to apply roles to the group and now all works great….
