Domino 6.5.3 CPU 100%
I have 2 domino server on 6.5.3 and also a blackberry server running 6.5.1 and bes version 4.0.6.21. In the main domino server it starter running the cpu to 100%. In the processes it shows that nserver is 100%. One thing I notice was that if I shut down the bes server in a totally different box the CPU on the Domino server goes down to less than 10%. The minute a bring up the bes the CPU goes back to 100%.

Have you recently installed or enabled in your BES some feature or component you didn't have in the past ?
I think it would be useful reviewing the change history on both servers, comparing it to the time the high cpu usage starded.
If you have some tool to monitor BES events/logs (like SysLog), maybe you can find why the BES is making your domino server work this much.
