 Domino 6.5 Smart Upgrade

Have any of you successfully used the smartupgrade to upgrade users using client vs 4.x & 5.x? If so, would you mind sharing experiences & watch-outs please??!! Thanks!

When we asked the question if that was possible to IBM they did not recommend it. We plan to use the Smart Upgrade feature to go to 7 when it goes gold, but we scripted our own utility and created our own upgrade plan to move from R5 to R6.5.1
