I have a external contact in our address book that has a new e-mail address that she wants her name linked to. I did a edit on the contact and it now shows her new address but when anyone selects her name in the contacts to send mail to it still sends the mail to the old address, can anyone tell me what else I need to do so that mail will start pointing to her new email address

So this is a public address book? Are you sure, when selecting her name that you're selecting from the correct AB? Is there a chance that you're looking at a replica on a server that hasn't replicated (received the change) yet? Are you sure there isn't an entry for that person in the sender's personal address book?

On the server we have a company address book and then we have a company contacts address book.
I selected people in the contacts on the server and then selected contact that I needed to change, selected edit and replaced her old e-mail address with the new one that she wants us to use to send mail to now. But when her name is selected it still sends to the old e-mail address. When I look at her contact info it shows the new address though.

Are you sure there isn’t an entry in the company address book? Are you sure there isn’t an entry in the personal address book? Are there other address books listed as local in the user preferences? If you hit F9 when in the memo, does the name resolve to the old or correct address?
