 Domain Rename

I recently had to rename a domain. Everthing went fine and as planed (surprise!) using the latest tools. However, when I ran gpfixup it reported that the operation completed with errors, please check. Everything seems ok. Where and what should I be checking for these errors? There doesn't seem to be anything in the documentaion that I can find...
