Doing same thing

Small business and midmarket crm software, SBS, Windows Server 2003

Hi, I'm doing the same thing - migrating from 2k3 enterprise to SBS. This is at our church and someone had given us the 2k3, but we want to switch to the SBS.

Are there any major caveats in doing so? We dont' have a domain set up, we don't use AD (yet), and I'm looking forward to increase permissions security with the new install.

Can the SBS be installed 'over' the enterprise, or if it has to be started from scratch on the server, what do we need to 'copy off' in order to migrate it over.
Basically now the server (Enterprise) is just a NAS.
