This is really going to vary with each customer, but at least for the basics there will be a mutual nondisclosure signed, RFP and/or RFQ, project plans, implementation plans, formal approvals to the plans, contracts, deliverable and periodic review documents, and final close documents (billing, approvals, contract sign off documents).
