Document Creation


Lotus Notes 5.x

Can anyone tell me how can we see where the documents are getting saved when we create.Please it is urgent.

You can view the documents created using a VIEW.
Create aview with the View soection formula as FORM=yourformname.
Then create documents using the form.
Preview the view in client ,you must be able tosee the documents created by you.

I’m not sure what you mean by “where”. On which server? In which Notes application? In which specific NSF file? Or are you asking how to find a just-created document in a view? The more detail you give in describing your problem, the better an answer you are likely to get.
