		<description><![CDATA[To cut to the chase - are you happy with VMware?  If not, why?  That&#039;s the basis (or, at least, that start) of your justification for switching.

Does VMware do everything you need it to?  Does Hyper-V?  That needs to be addressed, before the question of the cost of doing the migration (not just the purchase price, but the migration time and cost, downtime, training, etc.) to ditch one for the other can be answered.

The answer to the original question is really in the hands of the OP.  They know the reasons why they&#039;re looking at migrating between products and vendors; they really need to define that to us before we can give an appropriate answer back.]]></description>
