Many IT white papers contain "for more information" hyperlinks and email addresses at the end of the document.
The assumption is that a percentage of interested readers will click through to learn more, visit a landing page, subscribe to an email newsletter etc.

2) What encourages you to do so?
3) What most annoys or impresses you when the arrive on the destination page?
