Do Readers Really Click “For More Information” Links in B2B Tech White Papers?

Many IT white papers contain "for more information" hyperlinks and email addresses at the end of the document.

The assumption is that a percentage of interested readers will click through to learn more, visit a landing page, subscribe to an email newsletter etc.

1) If you are a technology user (and not a b2b marketer!) do you click on these links?

2) What encourages you to do so?

3) What most annoys or impresses you when the arrive on the destination page?
