- Why would you not want it to be AD integrated? You can change it afterwards to Primary once installed under the Zone properties.

I would install DNS on the 2003 box, make sure all records are transfered over and then demote the 2000 server.
At that point if you want to you can change the IP, but I would not recommend it.]]></description>
