 Divide bandwidth
Hi guys, I have on #1 comp a connection to the internet (ppp connection) with 2 NIC's: one for the ppp connection, 2nd for another computer. the 2nd computer gets it's internet connection through the 1st comp(WIN XP SP2 ) using ICS my question: how can i manage bandwidth evely so that the 1st computer won't hog all the bandwidth? in other words i've noticed that even when the 1st comp isn't using any bandwidth ,the 2nd still has like max 15kb/s which is very low Any response will be appreciated

Answer Wiki:
ICS doesn't provide much functionally like this. It's a very basic setup. You would probably be better of pickup up an inextensive router and plugging both computers into this router. This will also provide you more protection for the computer which is currently connected directly to the internet.
