Distribution lists with Outlook Mobile Service (OMS)

We have developed a web service to distribute sms/mms according to Microsoft's recommendations. However, only sms/mms to a single mobile phone numero goes through web service. When you try to send this to a distribution list/group it doesn't reach web service. It goes directly to Exchange server and sends the item to Outlook inbox as an Text Message Item (You can see an icon of a mobile phone near the message). How can you make work the distributions lists.
