Distribution Groups in Outlook Distributing to Incorrect Members
We have an outlook distribution group called "Confidential" which sends to members of our management team. Recently, we have become aware that the messages sent to this group are reaching other temporary staff who should not recieve them. I have checked the group on the exchange server and the members are correct, I have sent a test email and, sure enough, it goes to members of staff not included on the list. when I expand the recipients, none of these people are listed. Does anyone know how this could happen? Thanks

Answer Wiki:
It's either a delegates issue or people have set up rules to forward on their pc's. Check for delegates. Most of the time people really do not need to set up delegates, they just need to grant permissions to their calendar folder. But the first thing most people do is set up delegates because they think it is the easiest thing to do or they do not know about permissions.
