display name in the “from” field in exchange 2003 to users outside the organization

i have some user in my organization that his name is "yosi" and this is the name that appear to people outside the organization that get the mail from "yosi" ' yosi ask me how can he change his display name to something like "yosi toledano org" in the "from" field' so i try to change the name in the properties of the user or the alias name and so on but without any success' so how can i do it? thanks a lot

this is an active directory solution that must be changed on the Windows server.
The person's name in Active Directory would need to be changed.
To accomplish this change, you'd open the "Active Directory Users and Computers", find the user who wants their "From" name changed, and select Properties. Then, change their Name (in General tab) to whatever they want the "From" to be.

Just open that user account in active directory and get the general tab, change the “Display Name” to the name you want to appear in the from field, note that you will have to wait sometime for that change to take effect, i don’t konw exactly how long, but it might take up to a day
In Active Directory Users & Computers, FIND the user, right click on the account name, RENAME ACCOUNT. In the display name field, just change it to what the user wants. It will take as long as your replication cycle for the user to be able to see the change. You can also left click on PROPERTIES and change it there.
