I used online/DISM as Mr. Ed Tittled recommended on my personal computing system and I receive a negative loading message proclaiming:  ACCESS IS DENIED. How do I reverse this process from my command operator stream? I feel the hardware/software is for my personal use. Why should I have access denied blockages on my own personal system and software I've already paid for? I'm no computer hacker.  My intent is solely to correct and eliminate unnecessary data programming from my computer. This is one of the main reasons I always have been having arguments with Microsoft technicians, supervisors and the like. Particularly with Windows Vista and their low tone H keys and access denied on every folder. This aspects are good for perhaps large organizations such as FBI and other terminals. But for dumb computers mainly used for entertainment.  I think this blocking issues are solely ridiculous and selfish on computing programming designs. Don't you agree?

    Don't you agree?

Until you determine the cause, there's no way to decide whether to agree or not. Given all previous known causes, no, I don't agree. All previous known problems arise from the security configurations that were put in place by the administrator of the system, usually through policies or in combination with AV software.

If you find a new cause that indicates otherwise, it'll be easier to agree.
