Its related to bad sectors or corrupted system files on harddrive... You might want to activate check disk repair on your hard disk and or any external hard drive connected to..sometimes your system may not be able to fix bad sectors... Go to my computer/right click c/driver and click properties/tools/check now..(might ask you to restart depending on what operating system u usin.. or you can use your operating disk to check and repair for bad sectors or corrupt system files.. good luck..
