		<description><![CDATA[download a utility called tune up utilities 2006 from www.tune-up.com. after your install the program go the the systemcontrol choice and scroll down till you find the drives tab.  you can use this utility to do a lot of customizing to your desktop. it will fix the problem.  it sounds like you have a script running though when you log on. ]]></description>
