The simple answer is YES.  We just had a complete data center outage due to someone using a shop vacuum within the data center without first placing our FM-200 into bypass mode.  As soon as 2 detectors detected the dust, the system was activated.  Unfortunately, the first action our system takes is to EPO the room which caused all power to be shut down resulting in a complete data center outage.
