I'm using Exchange 2013 - and I noticed that the 'calendar attendant' is accepting all of my meeting invites and updates them too. I don't want this setting. Can I remove it? Or at least disable it?

This feature is enabled by default or check if you somehow enabled the features on your mailbox including the check box for remove meeting forward notifications to the deleted items folder & remove old meeting requests and responses. If these are enabled, deselect the checkbox may help. This is also possible to write windows power shell.
