Hello experts, On Firefox, I have Adblock Plus activated so no annoying ads get through when I'm working. However, it does block my local files. Could I just disable it for them? Thanks so much.

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

How do you mean it blocks your local files? Are you saying you cannot access local/internal web resources? Or, literally, your local files on your hard drive? You might consider uninstalling and reinstalling it.

if the files are from a specific domain on your network, you can try and whitelist it in Adblock plus.

Open Firefox and go to Adblock plus's settings (must be there) and try to resetting the same as you understand. Restart the FF and check if it helps. If it does not work, uninstall this one and again reinstall may help.

Also if you are working with local files only you could disable Adblock temporarily or use another browser. Have you checked out the customization options in Adblock? There are a few that might help you resolve your issue.
