Do you want to Disable the mail for a particular user or do you want to disable access to the server for a particular user or is it both ?

Hi You haven't really mentioned why you want to disable them. One option would be to add the user to your deny_access groups. This would prevent access until you remove them from the groups. If this isn't what you're looking for, please let me know more about your problem. Rgds, Jason

The most convenient way to "disable" a user is setup a Deny Access group that is listed on all your server docs. Then you can add the user to that group and they won't have access to anything on any of the servers, apps, mail, etc., until you remove them. This won't stop your system from accepting mail for them, but it will stop them from getting to it.
