Disable roaming profiles on Windows server 2008 r2

How do
we prevent roaming profiles? A previous administrator enabled them but we
do not want any user to be able to use any machine anymore. We want to
limit each user to their specified machine. How is this accomplished?

Find the users account in Active Directory Users and Computers on your domain server. Click on the Profile tab. Remove the informaiton in the Profile Path box.
Note: This turns off the user's Roaming Profile. To limit the user to one computer, go to the Account Tab on the User's properties and click on Log On To... button - then you can limit them to any set of machines (with or without a roaming profile)
