Using Lotus Notes Client 8.5.2 and getting error Dip File Auto Savejob is fixed with 8.5.2 Fix Pack 4 and 8.5.3 Fix Pack 1. Is there a way of preventing the problem by, for example, deleting a particular contact? What causes this problem? What is the impact of the problem on the system? Does anyone know?

Software/Hardware used:

Dip File Auto Savejob is fixed with 8.5.2 Fix Pack 4 and 8.5.3 Fix Pack 1.   Can you confirm that that is the actual error message? It makes no sense for an error message to tell you nothing except that it is fixed in some later distribution. (How would the developer know?) It doesn't even say what went wrong.   Is there a way of preventing the problem by, for example, deleting a particular contact?   Preventing what problem? So far, we don't know what the problem is. You sure don't want to "fix" a future fix pack release.   What causes this problem?   What problem? A message generally isn't a "problem". What happened? Did something fail?   What is the impact of the problem on the system?   Until we know what the problem is, there is no way to know the impact.   Tom
