Where are your documents comming from (ERP system ?)
Do you need to print them on several printers ?
What is “reasonably priced”
I use a system to design and manage all the documents that we print.
I can print simultanously on several printers (in different buildings, I also have several locations).
I can also send by email or fax and archive a copy in PDF on my server.
When I desing the document to be later on manage, I can include digital signature…
