Digital signatures

I?m hoping you all might have some good solutions here for my problem. We are a small company of 30 people (3 locations) the VP wants to digitally sign documents for orders and requisitions to speed up the process. We are using Acrobat full version (that?s the only way you can actually sign a pdf) but I foresee some issues with that as not everyone has the full version of acrobat. So I?m looking for other solutions that are reasonably priced to do this. Let me know if you need more information. Thanks! Lirria

Hello Lirria
First, I need to know a few things…

Where are your documents comming from (ERP system ?)
Do you need to print them on several printers ?
What is “reasonably priced”

I use a system to design and manage all the documents that we print.
I can print simultanously on several printers (in different buildings, I also have several locations).
I can also send by email or fax and archive a copy in PDF on my server.

When I desing the document to be later on manage, I can include digital signature…

If you’re interrested, I could send you a sample of what my ERP system produce and what the data looks like once it’s been tranform…

Eric

Eric 1. The documents are coming from either an Excel spreadsheet which we PDF or they are printed and then scanned into PDF format. 2. Yes the ability to print them on the different office printers is important (not that they have asked yet, but you know it will be needed) 3. $7500 is way to high - I don't think they'll go for anything over $700 (and maybe not even then) think really low cost. Sure - Options are always good Lirria
