Digital Rights Management in Exchange 2010
Can you talk about digital rights management? How has that changed? Our first attempts at using this in SharePoint and in Exchange were a little problematic/had a lot of overhead. Are there new features or use cases of this that make it better?

Software/Hardware used:
Exchange

Answer Wiki:
Sure. Exchange 2010 is tightly integrated with AD RMS server and provides a richer set of IRM features, including automatic RMS encryption of messages via Transport Protection Rules and Outlook Protection Rules, Prelicensing for offline access and improved performance, Journal Report Decryption for e-discovery in the journal mailbox, Transport Decryption for granting Transport Agents such as FSE access to RMS message content and Protected VoiceMail. You can find more information on these features at http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd351035 (EXCHG.140).aspx
