Recently, I was sent a very eerie email: At first, I thought it was spam, and just for fun I wanted to find out who it was, but when I jokingly tried to log in as the account who sent me the email, I noticed that it was created using my phone number and alternate email. So, via that I actually logged into the account. I saw that it had only sent one email, which one the one sent to me. In recent activity the creators ip was listed and it's location was an empty lot. Did someone hack me?

There doesn't look like anything in that info to indicate that your e-mail was "hacked". If you didn't set it up, then it's pretty sure that someone did it in order prank you.

The "creators ip" can't be used (by you) to find a physical location. (Unless you have access to the confidential data of the ISP that served the address.)

Anything can happen in the world of Internet. However, it seems that, your mail is not hacking till now, but some mail might come relates to some award winning etc.etc. In this case beware and never open that kind of mail, that you don't know about that. You can delete mails without opening while reading the subject line if it does not concern you.

Sounds like you were pranked. That is the risk you take opening questionable e-mails. If in doubt I delete them. If it was important the sender can call me. I have even called the sender myself if the time was questionable. Say getting an e-mail from a friend with a time where I know they are probably at work or sleeping.
