Diagramming Exchange 2003 Message Flow?
Just wanted to find out if there was a utility or a certain process that you guys could share with me in terms of mapping and diagramming your entire Exchange 2003 message flow in your environment? Is there like a flowchart template or some type of Visio tool that would allow you to easily do this or does it come down to just manually looking at your routing groups and the way your network is designed and diagramming from that point of view. I would like to diagram from a workstation using Outlook or OWA or Citrix from anywhere in my network to it's destination exchange server. Thanks for any help and tips you can provide.

You might want to take a look at the Active Directory Topology Diagrammer (ADTD) http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=cb42fc06-50c7-47ed-a65c-862661742764&displaylang=en.
