I can't print to a specific printer when DHCP is enabled. However, if I static IP, it will print.

I forgot to mention that the ROUTER and DNS is set up in the DHCP server. It is distributing them out when I do a ipconfig /all

as a general rule – we make sure all printers have static addressing. My suggestion is to go with what is working.

You might want to try clearing the DNS cache on the local machine using "ipconfig /flushdns" but I can't be sure if that's the problem with the information given.

Read the answers for the question above. DHCP and printing is not necessarily a good thing unless you do reservations based on MAC addresses. This will ensure the printer addresses remain static but able to be changed if the gear changes.

Yes,I'm aware of that. I guess I didn't mention that It is reserved in DHCP. Any other questions , just ask.

Does DNS match the IP address? Other than that, not sure what else to suggest here. Contact the printer vendor and see if there is a firmware update for the NIC.

No DNS does not match IP address. I'm at a lost as well.
