Dear Sir , I have Dell inspirion 1525 with vista home premium .. 32 bit operating system . In my laltop DHCP not working . I checked through Local area connection as well with wireless connection but DHCP not working . If i configure static IP it is working . I checked through going services.msc and put the DHCP as automatic and still not working . If i configure manul ip in the LAN subnet internet is worrking . I have checked in different location but still DHCP not working. I have to configure all the time manually ip. Please give me solution to make my DHCP service in laptop working . Regards kkkkkkk

Please check if your wireless driver is properly installed. If you haven’t installed it, of course it wont work.

In case you already installed it. Try to know the brand of the wireless AP or wireless router you are connecting to. Some brand such as ruckus AP, you can connect to it but you won’t get an IP through DHCP, you still have to configure your IP manually.
