i have oracle 10g database and devolper10g and i run a oc4j and start sccess

i have a problem when i run a form the the servelet not work and the page can not be displayed

and the message "The gateway could not receive a timely response from the Web site you are trying to access. This might indicate that the network is congested, or that the Web site is experiencing technical difficulties.
