    Hi... i would like to know about the contract or agreement on the project... We are in the software developing, so i want to prepare a contract for all the employees for their projects.... so if any project manager or any TL can not hang us on half project... i want that kind of contract like, in that all the terms & condition can cover...so incase something is happen like this.. so i can take any action....
