Answer Wiki:
To see your traffic statistics I would implement Google Analytics (Which is free). This will track your "web hits" and give you ip information and browsing information on each visitor. You get browser, screen resolution, os and a lot more. If you want to have a form on your site that is fine. But you will need to use something like MySql to work with it via the web. For more information on Google Analytics see this link here and for more information on MySql see this link here I would be more than happy to offer assistance in specific questions. Just update this question and I will do my best to get back to ASAP! Good luck and Warm Geeky Regards!
