I'm designing an ad - saved in print layout format - send via email - emails is received always in reading layout which makes the ad look different, not at all as designed.

    That's the way things work. You can't force a layout on a recipient's system. The client program on the recipient's system is always going to be in control. You could send in HTML format, but you can't force the client to display HTML. You could embed the ad as an image, but you can't force the client to display images. You can create in any format you want, but you can't force the remote client to honor your choices. You can't even be sure that the remote client could make sense of your choices because you can't know what client software will receive what you send. -- Tom
