How can I design a wider subfile, meaning I have about 20 fields to show in a subfile with variable length. How I can display them to-gather in a single subfile and implement horizontal scrolling also.
Thanks in advance.

    Here are three options.
    1. Use SFLDRP which will let you toggle between a single line SFL and a multi-line SFL. The advantage to this is no special coding is involved.
    2. To go to a true horizontal SFL means that you must build a separate SFL format for each SFL page. You can use the standard procedures for the vertical scrolling and the use a function key for the horizontal scrolling. Like you see in some DSPF. F19-Page Right  F20= Page Left
    3. Instead of individual fields in your SFL you just have one field. When you build you SFL you actually build an array with all the possible data on a single line. On the first display of the SFL you display positions 1 - xx of the array. Now you can use F keys or a input value that allow the user to set the position of the line they want to display. Similar to displaying a spool file and repositiioning it.
