Deploying ASP.NET Application to production server

I have developed a ASP.NET web application (using Visual Studio.NET) which will run on the company intranet. I have developed the application using the development web server. I had to setup the server myself. Though with some difficulty and with Debugging still not working, I managed to do it. Now I have to move the application to the Production server. I need help with deploying to the server. I haven't installed Visual Studio.net on the production server yet. Do I have to install it. Can I create a setup application and install theh application on the web server without installing Visual Studio .net Thanks in advance

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

You do not need VS on your prod server. Make sure NET framework is installed (if it is not already a Win 2003 server), create an entry in IIS, and copy your web files.
That’s all you need to do.
