The other big player in the virtualization space is VMware. You can install the VMware player on the remote staff’s machine (which is a free download from <a href=”http://www.vmware.com”>VMware.com</a>). Then you would only need a single VMware Workstation license for who ever will be the one creating the Virtual Machines to send out.
I use VMware (I use Workstation, not the VMware Player) to run up to 6 Windows 2003 machines on my laptop (I have 3 Gigs of RAM installed in my laptop) and have no issues what so ever. (My laptop is running Windows Vista Business.)
