Has anybody deployed media player 11 through GPO yet? I would like to use AD to deploy this, but I also want control of the basic configuration (sharing, Urge).

You sure can check out this link here: http://forums.techarena.in/showthread.php?t=618198 They solved the issue of not being able to deploy using EDP by renaming the app: "'Ive figured out the way to use EDP with MP11. You need to rename wmp11-windowsxp-x86-enu.exe to mpsetup.exe." Then you can go about deploying it the same way you have done with 9 or 10!
